• On Arrival: Passport will be demanded for local authorities formalities

• Responsibility: Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Beyond Bungalows. 

• Events and Party: Guests should be aware that the villa is located in residential neighbourhood and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Please kindly be quiet from 10pm - 9am.

• Numbers of persons and Suitability: The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. Beyond Bungalows reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property concerned.

• Check in & Check out: Standard check in: 2pm, Check out: 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and might subject to extra charge. Please kindly consult front desk.
